“The Beauty of China,” we delved into a deep reflection on our culture, examining both the unique aspects of Chinese tradition and the insights gained from Western influences. This exploration spanned a rich tapestry of history, creative origins, and societal impacts.

Through “The Secret of ‘Yan Yan’” project, we drew inspiration from the lore of Chinese dragons and ancient star charts, crafting an innovative representation of the auspicious beast. This endeavor not only provoked contemplation about the origins of life but also highlighted the intricate relationship between culture and art. Culture fuels art, and in turn, art embodies culture. We’re thankful to deGournay , the middle house ,opposite house and the temple house and all our collaborators for their contributions, enabling us to experience a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western cultures and the allure of art during the celebration of the Chinese New Year.
